Residence Inn Des Moines West at Jordan Creek Town Center

Going cross country, so far this has been my favorite lodging. There is so much space, small kitchen with everything, sitting area, separate bedroom with a door - which was nice to have an extra quiet chamber. Bed is decent. Very accommodating staff - helped me get a room easy for me to access. So appreciated. When I got here I just needed to eat and power down. I’ve gotten great rest here and would absolutely stay again.

The ladies at the front desk were the best!! They were super helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Location for shopping is excellent. Rooms are nice and as described.

The dual bedroom suite was perfect for our needs this weekend as we were traveling with our daughter and granddaughter. The extra space was perfect for an active 3 year old. We enjoyed to pool, breakfast and our overall stay.

We have stayed here before - about 6 years ago - as although we are from the U.K., we have family in West Des Moines. The property is clean, friendly and our room was spacious.

Rooms, staff, facilities were what we expected. I do have to say the sofa beds were not what was pictured. Three inch mattress, when the picture online shows one much nicer. That’s what kept me from giving a better review.
